All appointment duration's have been designed to provide you with the best service possible! We will always try to accommodate late arrivals, but the length of service may be adjusted so as not to interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.
Payment
All prices and services are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Aesthetically Speaking. We will do our best to keep our guests informed, but we encourage guests to inquire about pricing and services available. We accept Visa, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay and cash
Return Policy
All sales are final. If you have purchased any of out service packages, series, or boutique products, we will exchange any product within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash or credit refunds for returned products, service packages or series.
Customer Satisfaction
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service(s), contact us within 3 days of your appointment and we will be happy to make adjustments to your satisfaction. We will try to accommodate all client requests and artists will make proper recommendations, should a request be potentially damaging to the health of your lashes
No Shows and Cancellation
We do realize that things come up and require schedule adjustments (which can be done easily online with your Vagaro app), therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24hrs in advance will be no charge.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of the services booked.
NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of Services booked!
We recognize that time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for a reason. When you schedule your appointments with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
